Paternity Coaching
Helping you prepare your career for changes in your personal life.
Paternity Coaching
The Paternity Coaching Programme is dedicated to clients about to take or just returning from maternity/ paternity leave. You may be experiencing doubts or concerns about your career progression after having a baby, preparing a handover, having important conversations with your manager, preparing everything for your come-back, letting go of your responsibilities, and holding certain expectations towards yourself. Coaching can support you in managing your feelings, thoughts, and expectations, increasing your confidence, and planning important conversations and strategies to manage this transition in your life.
What is Paternity Coaching?
Paternity Coaching supports professionals during an exciting and significant period of their personal life as they leave work to have a baby. Upon returning to work, they face the demands of career management in their professional lives.
The International Coaching Federation defines coaching as “Partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximise their personal and professional potential. Coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership.”

Our Process
Each coaching programme is tailored to the individual coachees needs and vision. The programme will typically include three one-hour coaching sessions, with time for reflection and planning exercises in between each session.
Throughout the process, I will provide the coachee with articles, tools, resources and exercises to help them achieve their defined goals. There is support via email or phone in between sessions to support the coachee’s learning and to support them on their journey.
