Career Transition
Supporting you in making the career transitions you want.
Career Transition Programme
The Career Transition Programme is designed for professionals looking for a new job or career either externally or within their current organisation. Coaching can support you in increasing self-awareness around their strengths, weaknesses, values, motivators and preferred culture so their next role is aligned with them. This programme also offers support in practical parts of a job search, reviewing CV and LinkedIn and practising interview skills.
What is Career Transition Coaching?
Career Transition Coaching focuses on the topic of change in your role or career. Through a variety of coaching techniques, tools, assessments and exercises, the coach will facilitate your process of increasing self-awareness, reaching clarity about finding the best job for you and then taking practical actions to get it.
The International Coaching Federation defines coaching as “Partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximise their personal and professional potential. Coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership.”

Our Process:
Each coaching programme is tailored to the individual coachee’s needs and vision. The programme will typically run across 3-6 months and will include three coaching sessions, each an hour long. An additional three hours of our time (which we can split into two sessions or together) will be spent on further future career change exploration or practical career transition activities. These activities may include interview practice, job search tools and strategies or reviewing your CV and LinkedIn profile.
Throughout the process, I will provide the coachee with articles, tools, resources and exercises to help them achieve their goals. There is support via email or phone in between sessions to support the coachee’s learning and journey.
