About
Introducing Angelika and her story.
About Angelika
I am Angelika, an Executive Coach, NLP Practitioner, Associate Certified Coach with the ICF (International Federation of Coaching), Hogan Certified, Mental Health First Aider and Career Transition Coach. I have delivered over 800 hours of executive coaching and 300 hours of career transition coaching, but I am driven to continually learn, I am currently working towards becoming a Professional Certified Coach. I work with a range of global clients with a particular interest in (but not limited to) the Financial Services sector, Retail, Pharmaceutical, Education, Media, IT Services, Food and Beverages, Toys and Games, Healthcare, Manufacturing and the Automotive industry.
I am originally from Poland, and before I moved to the UK over 10 years ago, I completed my master’s degree in English, I am therefore able to provide coaching in Polish and English for global organisations. I have experienced a few major changes in my working career, transitioning my role from a teacher to a project manager and then now into coaching, plus becoming a parent to two beautiful boys, which means I can really understand some of the challenges my clients face. Balancing work and family life has taught me a lot.
My coaching is supported by the valuable experience I gained in working with a global management consultancy, initially in operations and project management, then finally settling into the Coaching Consultant role. I learnt a lot through collaborating with the sales team and external stakeholders, as well as championing internal system restructures across different departments and countries.
Personally, I love to learn, read, cook, run, swim and my latest discovery of spinning.
My Brand Story and the Start of Vision & Courage Coaching
My first time learning about the coaching industry was when I started working in operations for a management consultancy, offering career transition and executive coaching. I was impressed by coaches and the impact of their work and thought, how amazing would it be to become one of them one day . . .
After returning from maternity leave, I knew I was ready for a new challenge and wanted to do something different that would help others rather than working in operations or sales. After a few months back at work, I decided to go for it and train to become a coach.
After completing my ICF qualifications, going through a global pandemic and becoming a mum for the second time, I started to work on my business. I started to think about my business name, I was playing with different words and values important to me when I realised that in my own personal journey, every time I made a change and succeeded, I needed Vision and Courage! I needed to see where I was going clearly and visualise it (my NLP training had a huge impact here), then take action and persevere with courage despite what challenges presented themselves.
Are you ready to embrace your goals with Vision & Courage?
In taking time to think about my business, I also noted the elements that were important to me to convey to my clients. A kind of working contract if you like. Below I summarise what you can expect from me when we embark on our coaching journey together.

Partnership
Coaching can be successful only when a partnership and building of trust between a coach and coachee is created. I bring my coaching expertise on holding the space, asking you the right questions, and offering coaching techniques plus other resources. As the coachee, you bring your expertise in your field, your content, and knowing yourself.

Authenticity
Shows up in a number of ways in our coaching process. As a coach, I can offer my honest observations to support your learning and exploration, which may include your body language, a pattern of behaviour or share what I’m sensing. I encourage you to show up as your authentic self to maximise our time together. Our coaching sessions are always confidential.

Courage
All of my clients are on their own individual journeys, which often require courage to make changes or overcome challenges. If you are struggling with something in the workplace, take the first step and reach out to arrange a discovery call with me. I celebrate your courage!

Empathy
In our coaching sessions, we will regularly talk about your feelings to gain greater understanding, regulate and shift your mindset. My role as a coach involves being with you in those moments and creating a safe space for you to support your thinking.
